Senior Medical Director, Hematology Product Development

Roche is seeking a Lead Medical Director to shape and execute late-stage development strategies (Phase II–III) for oncology/hematology programs. You will lead CDP development, align with CST partners, and drive regulatory submissions with high-quality clinical science input.

You will collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including business development, research, and legal teams, to deliver medically differentiated therapies and robust data analyses.
