Senior Medical Writer II (Medical Affairs & Medical Education)

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior Medical Writer II to join our high-performing writing team, being our go-to person for scientific knowledge and content development on one large account and/or several smaller accounts for the business as well as taking responsibility for support and development of junior colleagues.

YOU WILL

• Champion best practice among the medical writing team
• Mentor and manage members of the writing team
• Maintain strong content knowledge and scientific expertise
• Lead on content for designated accounts
• Provide scientific and strategic counsel to clients and internal teams
• Establish strong relationships with external scientific experts and client teams
• Proactively drive organic growth

WHO ARE YOU

• Solid medical writing experience within a medical communications agency
• Experience creating a range of medical affairs and medical education deliverables
• Experienced in a variety of therapy areas (we would love oncology experience for this role!)
• Experience with scientific and content leadership for global accounts
• Responsibility for maintaining high editorial and scientific standards across a team
• Development of writing talent through direct line management and training
• An aptitude for identifying opportunities/threats and developing appropriate solutions
• An ability to motivate and inspire people, and elevate standards of content curation

Please note: Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with full time employees being office-based three days during the working week.
