About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and synthesize novel small molecules with desired pharmacological profiles.

• Utilize structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies to guide chemical optimization efforts.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in medicinal chemistry, focusing on small molecule drug discovery.
• Strong background in synthetic organic chemistry, including a wide range of modern synthetic methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in structure-based drug design and SAR development.
• Proficiency in using cheminformatics tools and databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote research environment.
