Senior Mental Health Nurse Autonomous Prison Healthcare

Practice Plus Group is recruiting a Senior Mental Health Nurse to join the Mental Health team at HMP Wymott in Leyland. The role is based on site with a 37.5 hour week across days, and requires a car due to location.

You will assess and manage patients' mental health needs within a multidisciplinary team, contribute to clinical governance, deliver evidence-based care, and participate in ongoing professional development.
