Job Description
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Older Persons Community Mental Health Team in Portsmouth. You will provide high quality nursing assessments and interventions for adults over 65 with complex mental health needs, including dementia.
You will work within the MDT, supervise junior staff, and contribute to service development.
