This role is for a highly skilled professional who excels in creating natural-looking, beautiful eyebrows through microblading techniques. You will be responsible for consultations, performing treatments with precision, and ensuring client satisfaction and safety. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to discuss desired eyebrow shape, color, and style.
- Perform precise microblading procedures to create natural-looking eyebrows, ensuring symmetry and aesthetic appeal.
- Manage client expectations and provide comprehensive pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
- Maintain an immaculate and sterile working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Keep detailed client records and track healing progress.
- Stay current with the latest microblading techniques, trends, and pigment advancements.
Requirements
- Professional certification in Microblading from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience performing microblading procedures.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of natural-looking eyebrow results.
- Expertise in color theory and pigment selection for diverse skin tones.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, steady hands, and meticulous attention to detail.
- A deep understanding of facial anatomy and symmetry.
- Exceptional client communication and interpersonal skills.
