Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical advice on mining methods, equipment selection, and operational best practices.
• Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of mining operations to identify efficiency gains and cost reduction opportunities.
• Assist in the development and optimization of mine plans, production schedules, and resource management.
• Contribute to feasibility studies and technical due diligence for new projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in mining engineering and operations.
• Proven expertise in open-pit and/or underground mining methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in mine planning software and simulation tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at working within a remote team.
