Senior ML Ops Engineer — Model Release & Delivery

Wayve is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer (Ops/Release) in London to define and enforce release gates across training stages. You will oversee validation before advancing to the next phase and ensure the integrity of model baselines on deployment.

You’ll drive ML delivery pipelines, review releases for quality and safety, identify bottlenecks, and partner with AI Platform, CI/CD, and evaluation teams to evolve tooling and methodologies.
