Senior ML Scientist - Remote & Equity

Chattermill is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to develop and deploy next-generation ML for customer feedback analysis. You will work with transformer-based models, fine-tune pipelines, and build retrieval/reranking features in a fast-moving AI space.

You’ll collaborate across Data Science, Engineering, and Product, translating business needs into scalable ML solutions, while mentoring teammates and contributing to equity and growth initiatives.
