Senior Mobile Developer - iOS & Android

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Developer with expertise in both iOS and Android development to join their innovative team in Norwich . You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of high-quality native mobile applications that provide exceptional user experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of mobile development best practices, performance optimization, and the ability to work across different platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to bring innovative mobile solutions to life and ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) mobile applications.
• Implement user interfaces based on designs provided by UX/UI teams, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Develop and integrate with backend APIs, ensuring robust data communication and synchronization.
• Optimize mobile applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance across a range of devices.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the mobile development lifecycle, contributing to architectural decisions and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mobile Developer with significant contributions to both iOS and Android applications.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C for iOS development, and Kotlin or Java for Android development.
• Experience with mobile development frameworks, SDKs, and tools.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and platform-specific design guidelines.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment in Norwich .
