About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Mortgage Advisor to join their dynamic team, offering remote services across the UK with a base in Liverpool . This role involves guiding clients through the mortgage application process, from initial consultation to completion, ensuring they secure the best possible deals. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the mortgage market and lender products to provide expert advice and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their mortgage needs and financial circumstances.
• Advise clients on a comprehensive range of mortgage products and associated insurance options.
• Source and compare mortgage deals from various lenders to find the most suitable solutions.
• Manage the mortgage application process efficiently, liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients.
• Ensure all advice and documentation comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA).
• Develop and maintain relationships with estate agents and other introducers to generate business.

Requirements

• Full CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor, with a strong understanding of the mortgage market.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting criteria, and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
