Senior Motion Graphics Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and skilled Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join their vibrant creative agency in Liverpool . You will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality motion graphics for a diverse range of clients, including advertising, broadcast, and digital media. This role requires a strong artistic sensibility, excellent technical proficiency, and the ability to translate client briefs into engaging visual narratives. You will play a key role in elevating the visual output of the agency, working on exciting projects within the Arts & Entertainment sphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute dynamic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various media platforms.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual solutions.
• Create storyboards, animatics, and style frames to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Ensure all motion graphics work meets brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics and animation.
• Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance on their work within the Liverpool office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design , with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical excellence.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and animation principles.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
