Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel extensions, and intricate nail art designs.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any specific nail concerns, offering expert advice.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene standards, sterilizing tools and equipment meticulously according to health and safety regulations.
• Uphold the salon's brand image by providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Nail Services or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Nail Technician in a professional salon setting.
• Expertise in various nail enhancement techniques, including gel, acrylic, and dip powder systems.
• Exceptional artistic ability for detailed nail art and design.
• Strong client communication and consultation skills, with a focus on building rapport.
