Our client is searching for a highly skilled and creative Senior Nail Technician to join their established and popular salon in Leeds . This role demands exceptional technical ability in all aspects of nail care, coupled with a talent for client relationship building and mentoring junior staff. You will be responsible for delivering premium nail services, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, and contributing to the salon's reputation for excellence and innovation in nail artistry, all within a professional and friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full spectrum of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, gel applications, and intricate nail art.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored nail design suggestions.
• Ensure all tools and workstations are meticulously cleaned and sterilized according to strict health and safety guidelines.
• Guide and train new nail technicians, sharing best practices and technical skills.
• Manage inventory of nail care products and supplies, reporting needs to management.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification in Nail Services or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a professional Nail Technician.
• Expertise in various nail enhancement techniques (e.g., acrylics, gels, dipping powders) and a portfolio of nail art.
• Impeccable knowledge of nail health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
