About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Nail Technician to join their chic salon in Milton Keynes . This role requires a blend of artistic talent, technical proficiency, and exceptional client service. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering premium nail services, staying abreast of the latest trends, and potentially guiding junior technicians. You will work in a modern, well-equipped studio, contributing to a luxurious client experience and upholding the salon's reputation for outstanding nail artistry and care, with the flexibility of a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gel extensions, and nail art.
• Consult with clients to discuss design preferences, assess nail health, and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained in all work areas and tools.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging nail trends, techniques, and products through ongoing training.
• Manage client bookings and maintain detailed client records and preferences.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Nail Technology or Beauty Therapy.
• A minimum of 4 years' professional experience as a Nail Technician .
• Demonstrated expertise in various nail enhancement systems and artistic nail design.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality nail art is advantageous.
