You will be responsible for delivering a full spectrum of nail services, from meticulous manicures and pedicures to intricate nail art and enhancements. Key Responsibilities

• Perform expert manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylic enhancements, and intricate nail art designs.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in all work areas and equipment.
• Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, and product innovations.
• Assist in training and guiding new nail technicians, sharing best practices and technical skills.
• Manage client appointments and maintain accurate service records.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Nail Services or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years' professional experience as a Nail Technician.
• Proven expertise in a variety of nail services, including gel, acrylics, and advanced nail art.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client consultation.
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional nail art and design capabilities is highly desirable.
