Senior Neighbourhood Development Lead (Place-Based)

Nottingham City Council is seeking a Senior Neighbourhood Development Officer to lead a team and drive a place-based approach to community engagement across Nottingham. The role empowers residents to shape local priorities, connect services, and improve quality of life in the city.

You will supervise seven Neighbourhood Development Officers, provide coaching and ensure high-quality neighbourhood engagement and partnership outcomes. Hybrid working is available with a proactive, inclusive culture.
