Senior Network Engineer - Telecoms

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage robust, scalable, and secure telecom network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal service delivery.
• Develop and implement network policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate with system administrators, security specialists, and other IT professionals to integrate network solutions with broader IT systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in network engineering within the telecoms industry.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and other routing and switching protocols.
• Proven experience with network security principles and best practices, including firewall management and VPNs.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
