Senior Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain robust network architectures , including LAN, WAN, and wireless technologies.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.
• Manage and configure network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing timely and effective support to end-users and systems.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on network upgrades, new deployments, and technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering and administration.
• Proven expertise in routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF) and switching technologies.
• Strong understanding of network security principles , including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent practical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
