About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer to join their dynamic team, operating on a fully remote basis. Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy advanced network solutions across diverse environments, including LAN, WAN, and cloud platforms.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive measures to optimize efficiency and uptime.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and ensure network compatibility with evolving business needs.
• Lead and mentor junior network engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on telecommunications networks .
• Proficiency in routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), switching technologies, and network security principles.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a remote working environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
