An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior New Build Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing Residential Property team. This role offers the chance to manage a high-quality caseload of new build conveyancing matters within a modern, supportive, and highly regarded law firm.

The firm has built strong relationships with developers, introducers, and repeat clients, resulting in a consistent pipeline of new build residential property work. This position is ideal for an experienced Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Residential Property Solicitor seeking a senior-level role with genuine progression opportunities and a strong work-life balance.

As a Senior New Build Conveyancer, you will independently manage a busy caseload of new build sales and purchases from instruction through to post-completion, including Help to Buy, shared ownership, leasehold matters, developer deadlines, and plot sales. You will also play a key role in supporting junior team members and maintaining excellent client service standards.
The Role

• 
  
• Managing a full caseload of new build residential conveyancing files

Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Advising on Help to Buy, shared ownership, and developer incentives

Reviewing contracts, title documentation, and planning agreements

Liaising with developers, lenders, agents, and clients

Meeting exchange and completion deadlines within fast-paced transactions

Supporting and mentoring junior conveyancing staff where appropriate

Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance

Requirements

• 
  
• Proven experience handling new build conveyancing matters independently

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner considered

Strong technical knowledge of residential property and conveyancing processes

Experience managing high-volume caseloads efficiently

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
