Senior Night Care Assistant: Lead Care & Elevate Lives

Highgate Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant Nights at Springfield Manor Stoke on Trent. This permanent, full-time role (33 hours per week, includes weekends) offers a compassionate, person-centred care environment for our residents.

You will lead and support a team, assist with daily living, monitor wellbeing, and help families and GPs coordinate care while maintaining dignity and compassion in every interaction.
