Senior Night Care Assistant – Team Lead

Ridley Park Care Home in Blyth is hiring a Senior Care Assistant (Nights). You will lead a team of Care Assistants, support clinical duties with the nurse, and ensure accurate care planning and records. You’ll drive training for new staff and foster strong relationships with residents, families and GPs.
