Senior Night Carers - Autumn House Care

Responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents throughout the night. Duties include assisting with personal care, medication, regular resident checks, maintaining accurate records, responding to emergencies, and ensuring residents’ safety, comfort, and dignity.

The Senior Night Carer will also supervise and support night staff, complete handovers, follow care plans and safeguarding procedures, and report any concerns or changes in residents’ wellbeing.

Requirements

• Previous care experience, preferably in a senior role
• good communication skills
• reliability
• the ability to work independently on night shifts
