Senior NLP & ML Scientist — Remote, Production LLMs

Harnham is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to build, fine-tune and evaluate production NLP and language models for customer feedback intelligence products. You’ll tackle sentiment analysis, retrieval, search, clustering, taxonomy generation and GenAI-driven insights while owning model performance from experimentation through deployment.
