Senior NLP Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy state-of-the-art NLP models for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and question answering.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines for processing and analyzing large volumes of text data.
• Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to integrate NLP solutions into user-facing applications.
• Research and implement novel NLP techniques and architectures, including transformer-based models.
• Optimize NLP model performance for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Contribute to the team's technical strategy and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) for NLP tasks.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their practical applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling complex linguistic challenges.
