Senior NLP ML Scientist — Production Transformers, Remote

Harnham is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to build, fine-tune and evaluate production NLP models for customer feedback intelligence. You will work on sentiment analysis, retrieval, and taxonomy generation, owning model performance from experimentation through deployment.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ship production-ready ML systems, mentor colleagues and stay at the forefront of NLP, GenAI and ML advances.
