Senior NLP Scientist - Production LLMs & GenAI (Remote)

Harnham is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to build, fine‑tune and evaluate production NLP and language models across customer feedback intelligence products. You’ll own model performance from experimentation through deployment, tackling sentiment analysis, retrieval, taxonomy generation and GenAI‑powered insights.

This role offers 100% remote work with optional access to the London office, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, equity and visa sponsorship.
