Senior NLP Scientist: Production LLMs & GenAI (Remote)

Harnham is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to build, fine-tune and evaluate production NLP and language models across customer feedback intelligence products.

You will work on sentiment analysis, retrieval, search, clustering and GenAI-powered insights while owning model performance from experimentation through deployment. The role offers 100% remote flexibility with optional access to an office in London.
