Senior NPD Technologist - End-to-End Food Launch Lead

Zest is partnering with a growing food manufacturer in London to hire a Senior NPD Technologist who will own the NPD pipeline, running products from concept through factory launch and coordinating technical, commercial, operations, purchasing, production and quality teams.

You will orchestrate tasting panels, manage customer samples end to end, keep specifications up to date, review artwork, flag risks early, and mentor junior NPD colleagues as you settle into the role.
