Senior NPI Manufacturing Process Engineer - Hands-on Impact

Insignis Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to support a key manufacturing project on a 2 year fixed-term contract in SE London. This hands-on role focuses on NPI, process development, industrialisation and continuous improvement.

You'll drive NPI readiness, optimise production lines and workstations, support process validation and CAPEX projects, and collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to deliver successful outcomes.
