Senior NRPF & Homelessness Advanced Practitioner

Barnet Council is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the FAS team at the front door, delivering specialist NRPF advice and supporting homeless young people. You will assess needs, coordinate interventions with Housing Services and partners, and strive for positive outcomes while safeguarding vulnerable individuals.

The role values proactive, reflective practice, collaboration, and the ability to lead complex cases and deputise for the line manager when required.
