Senior Nurse (General) – Lead, Mentor & Clinical Care

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Senior Nurse (General) to lead clinical care at a Barchester care home in Aberdeen. You will use your clinical judgement to assess residents, implement safeguarding, and administer medicines in line with NMC regulations.

You will mentor and train staff, support junior nurses through preceptorships, and drive continuous improvements to deliver high-quality care for older residents.
