Senior Nursery Room Leader: Lead Across Multiple Rooms

Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and ensure cohesive delivery of the Bee Curious curriculum. You will inspire and coach a team to achieve high standards of care and learning across the centre.

You will lead activity planning, adapt the curriculum for diverse needs, and maintain strong safeguarding and health and safety practices while building trusted relationships with parents and carers.
