Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Office Assistant to contribute to the smooth running of their operations in Edinburgh . Key Responsibilities
- Manage office reception, greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and processing.
- Maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring organization and easy accessibility.
- Order and manage office supplies, maintaining adequate stock levels and managing vendor relationships.
- Provide administrative support to staff, including document preparation, data entry, and scheduling assistance.
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings, coordinating logistics and attendee communication.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role, with demonstrated progression.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with colleagues and visitors.
