Senior On-Site Facilities Management Lead

Invictus Group in Woolwich is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Contract Manager to oversee hard and soft FM services at a busy commercial site. This hands-on role leads the on-site FM team, ensuring safe, efficient service delivery and strong client relationships.

You will drive performance against KPIs and SLAs, manage budgets and contractors, ensure COSHH and health and safety compliance, and support recruitment and development of the FM team, with occasional out-of-hours duties.
