Senior Operational Lead - Children's Homes

SuperCare Residential in Eastbourne is seeking a Super Lead (Senior Operational Lead) to provide operational oversight across our Children’s Residential Homes. The role strengthens stability, compliance and provides hands-on support to Registered Managers and Responsible Individuals.

You will safeguard high standards and step in during staffing pressures. You will lead on safeguarding, audits and quality improvement while developing leadership teams across multiple homes.
