Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex operations engineering projects focused on process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for operational workflows, facility layouts, and resource allocation.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and fostering professional development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations engineering , industrial engineering, or a similar role.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and advanced project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, cross-functional projects effectively.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
