Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategic recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations engineering, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and simulation software.
