Senior Operations Lead – Adult Skills & Employability

Total Training Provision is seeking an Operations Manager to lead adult skills and employability delivery. You will head a team of Skills Coaches, coordinate timetables, and ensure learners are recruited, supported, and progress on time within funding rules and quality KPIs.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will drive learner achievement, monitor performance, collaborate with Curriculum and QA teams, and maintain compliance while delivering high quality learning experiences.
