Senior Operations Lead – Automated Warehouse

Cencora is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Support Manager to lead the automated Central Logistics Centre in Birmingham. You will oversee inbound, automation, replenishment, picking and outbound functions, ensuring safe, efficient service and acting as a key escalation point for operational issues.

You will coordinate labour, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement and support senior stakeholders to meet service targets while fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.
