Senior Operations Leader, Student Services (Maternity Cover)

Guildhall School of Music & Drama is seeking a Deputy Head of Student Services (Operations) for a fixed-term maternity cover. The role leads end-to-end delivery of student-facing services, overseeing day-to-day operations and coordinating with Registry, Finance, Estates and academic teams to ensure accessible, timely support.

You will manage case and enquiry work, monitor performance via KPIs, and drive service improvements, including digital self-service and streamlined processes.
