Senior Operations Manager – Fleet & Service Delivery

Veolia in Fleetwood is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee cost-effective kerbside collections and a 75-person workforce, including Service Delivery Managers, Drivers and Loaders. You will ensure fleet compliance, vehicle maintenance and cost-efficient routing while meeting health and safety standards.

The role requires CPC qualification, experience in waste operations and strong budgeting, reporting and stakeholder communication skills.
