Base pay range

️ Senior Operations Manager / Operations Lead

up to £60,000

Our client is an award winning , disruptive BCorp drinks business. Their products are well distributed in both Grocery and the On Trade as well as serving their customers Online . This role is the backbone of the business , you’ll play a central part in ensuring they have the right systems, partners, and processes in place to deliver a world-class customer.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead their end-to-end supply chain, from demand planning to fulfilment.
• Manage partnerships with co-packers, logistics providers, and 3PLs.
• Oversee operational budgets and identify efficiency gains.
• Implement tools and systems for improved reporting and team visibility.
• Ensure top-tier customer experience across all sales channels.
• Act as the main operational contact for key customers and partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What’s on Offer?

• Base Salary: up to £60,000
• Bonus: up to 20%
• EMI Share Options
• 28 Days Holiday + 8 Days Bank Holiday
• Hybrid Working 3-4x pw

Do you have the following to apply?

• 4+ years’ experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics (FMCG a must with drinks preferred).
• Excellent grasp of co-packing, 3PLs, and retail logistics.
• Proven ability to scale operations and manage budgets.
• A problem-solving, detail-oriented mindset.
