About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize their operational functions for a dynamic, UK-wide business. You will report directly to senior leadership and have significant autonomy to shape the operational strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching goals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across the organization.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards remotely.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed team of operational staff, fostering collaboration and high performance.

Requirements
- Proven track record as an Operations Manager or in a similar senior leadership role, with at least 5 years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing remote teams and operations successfully.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, supply chain management, and performance metrics.
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using project management software and collaboration tools for remote work.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
