Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive operational strategies aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in progressively responsible operations management roles.
Demonstrated success in leading complex operational transformations and managing large teams.
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience with enterprise-level operational software and systems.
