Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management , with proven experience in a senior role.
• Demonstrated success in process optimization, team leadership, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
