Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a proven track record in remote team leadership.
• Extensive experience in process optimization, performance management, and strategic planning.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.
