About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the company's operational and logistical functions in line with strategic goals.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational performance and ensure quality standards.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for all operational departments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee budget creation and management for operational expenditures, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic adjustments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations management capacity.
• Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams effectively in Coventry .
