Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in operations management , with significant experience in leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing and leading remote teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in process optimization and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
